I clicked on the “send login to subaccount” for livingwithpc and she’s not getting the email and I’m not getting it either.
I used to get email from Enom with subaccount’s login info. Now I don’t. And neither are they. So it’s going to be really hard for her to renew her domain name. http://youtu.be/bp-VyODb3bg Erin, can you work your magic again?
I did get a reply to this:

I cannot rely upon an external link to supply the full details of your request. In the future, please be sure to include a copy of the details of your request within the ticketing system.
What that page I read suggests is that you are having trouble getting login information sent to a sub-account holder (with yourself CC’d), for the sub-account named livingwithpc. If you’ll confirm here in this ticket that is what you would like help with, then the next two paragraphs would apply.
The issue for your client is most likely their @comcast.net email address. Automated emails are generally blocked by that provider due to their security policies. We suggest the customer provide an alternate email address with a different provider — one that is not @aol.com, as they have similar policies in place. If you edit their account’s email address for them, they should be able to receive the emails containing their login information.
As to why you’re don’t get a copy, we no longer carbon-copy the parent account when sub-account login details are sent out. Parent accounts already have direct access to see the sub-account’s user name, and to set a new password if desired.
If that wasn’t what you needed help with, then please let me know how I could help you.
It troubles me an ISP has blocked ALL email from Enom. I am suspicious of the explanation since I’ve seen Enom email flagged as Spam by Enom’s own email server. It makes me suspect there’s something Spammy about the email Enom sends out. As per their very own email server.
